Continuum of Care Administrator
The Continuum of Care (CoC) Planning Administrator will report to and partner closely with the Continuum of Care Director to administer all aspects of CoC planning activities. This includes assisting the Continuum of Care Director with year-round planning support for the Memphis/Shelby County Homeless Consortium, technical assistance, oversight of all CoC-related committees, and assistance with the community’s Strategic Plan to End Homelessness activities.
