Christ Community/ Baptist Operation Outreach Partially operating

 The Mobile Van services are closed until further notice.  Free Homeless healthcare services are being provided at the 1325 Jefferson location at Catholic Charities.  We have launched virtual visits or telehealth to serve patients over the phone or via video conferencing for medical, behavioral health, nursing, and chronic –care management visits.  Non-Essential Visits will be rescheduled or converted to Virtual Visit.  Patients should call to be triaged and to receive medication refills.  Dental services are limited to emergency dental procedures only.  Drive-thru Covid-19 testing is available at Third Street by appointment only.

Alliance Healthcare Services
Fully operating We are operational but have temporarily suspended group therapy and are currently utilizing telehealth (video/ZOOM/telephone).
Catholic Charities Partially operating The only clients allowed in the building are Christ Community Healthcare Services patients seeking clinic services through the front lobby door for pre-screening. CCWTN will continue to distribute food boxes in a drive-thru lane in the parking lot, Mon-Thurs 8 am - 10:30 am as inventory is available. Currently, we are providing up to 40 boxes per day. At this time, MIFA food vouchers are not being processed, therefore no documents are required at this time but basic household information. If consumers show up and inventory is out, they will get a pass to pick up first in line the following morning. Housing Ministry clients are being served by their case managers remotely. All financial obligations and assistance are being processed in advance. Coordinated Entry assessments and intake for both Veteran and Nonveteran specific programs are occurring over the phone. Clients have access to their case managers via phone and computer.   3/19/20
CMI Fully operating CMI is fully operational except for an adjustment to their hours (now Monday through Thursday 8 am to 5 pm) and the will be no Children's clinic on Saturdays while schools are closed.  3/30/20

Friends for Life Partially operating
Food Pantry will be delivered and all other services will be provided virtually. Clients should contact 272-0855 before they come in to determine how their services are being provided.
Hope House Partially operating
Open 8:30-noon Mon-Fri for food pantry only. No one is allowed in the building and no contact with anyone is allowed. We only have two staff at each food pantry day. Food is left on the front porch. Staff is available on cell to talk to clients but all in-person activities are suspended. We are still doing emergency rental and utility assistance by phone only. We are also still in contact with housing clients and paying their rents etc. Email is the best way to contact staff (list on website).
Hospitality Hub Partially operating No counseling services, intake, long distance travel or access to phones and computers.
Current guests have limited access to check mail, access lockers, use restrooms, and have coffee.
Work Local will continue unless cancelled by the City of Memphis.
Manna House Partially operating  Updated schedule: Monday from 5-6 pm open for take-away meals. Open Thursday from 8-10 am for restroom access and giving out bags of hygiene items. The regular schedule is suspended until further notice, and no longer serving coffee or offering shower access. 3/22/20
OUTMemphis Partially operating We are now open M-TR 9 am- 6pm. We are doing RRH service for youth ages 18-24. HIV testing on M & W 6pm-9pm. Hygiene and Meal Kits for LGBTQ community 9am-6pm ( if none community members show up will still give them kits) We have some groups offered through Zoom. Contact us at the main line to be connected: (901) 278-6422 3/20/20
Promise Development Corporation Partially operating
Reduction of staff in the office (one per program). Everyone will be available via email and phone, and the office is closed to the public.
Shelby County Crime Victims & Rape Crisis Center Partially operating Limited in-person and walk-in service delivery but will continue to provide victim services via telephone (901-222-3950) and online request. 3/19/20
VA Homeless Department Fully operating (with caution)

The VA Homeless Department that is located at 1407 Union Ave, Suite 1100 is open from 8a-4:30p daily. Masks and hand sanitizer are available immediately upon entry. Intake and screening for GPD Transitional Housing and HUD-VASH housing vouchers remains fully operational but with social distancing protocol. Primary source of communication is preferred through virtual contact or phone (901-523-8990 x5661). Strongly urge calling ahead and making an appointment but an appointment is not necessary. If a Veteran doesn’t have such equipment access, then walk-ins are available at the VA Homeless Department and in the Social Work Service Office at the main VA Medical Center.

Alpha Omega Veterans Services Fully operating Our drop-in center has been closed but all other services are fully operational and we hope that to be true for the duration of this event. 3/24/20
