We know that those who are elderly, have chronic health conditions, and/or are immunocompromised are at higher risk for serious illness from COVID-19; we also know that many people currently or formerly experiencing homelessness are members of these most vulnerable groups. In an effort to protect the most vulnerable in our community, we are encouraging service providers to begin implementing plans now to reduce this risk as much as possible while continuing services to the greatest extent possible.
