Funding Opportunities Through CAFTH

In order to end homelessness, CoCs must implement a comprehensive community approach to leveraging all available funding and resources. There are competitive funding opportunities available to communities throughout the year aimed at impacting homelessness. This funding may be utilized for a wide range of activities including housing programs, supportive services, street outreach, data collection, and population-specific initiatives.
