As we move toward a new HMIS system, Clarity Human Services, operated by BitFocus, we understand there will be a learning curve. To anticipate this curve, and stay ahead of it as much as possible, we want to provide any resources we have. One feature we have access to for the next three months are lesson-based training videos for general users (see below). 


Moving forward, we will also have a year-round training site, which everyone will have access to as soon as we do. Lastly, BitFocus operates a public help center, where the majority of questions can be addressed through articles. Through July, we'll be updating our training page with the most relevant articles, but if you want to start exploring this resource, click here!
