Community Alliance for the Homeless (CAFTH) will be conducting monitoring of all CoC/YHDP projects within the TN-501 CoC. Please see below for an overview of the 2026 YHDP monitoring process.

X	4.15.26	2026 Monitoring Office Hours (In-Person) This unstructured office hour session is designed to give CoC/YHDP programs time to ask specific questions as they prepare and submit monitoring materials. This session is optional and informal (no presentation will be given). Wednesday, April 15th, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm (in-person). X	4.17.26	Deadline for agencies to sign up for a monitoring visit time slot
X	4.24.26	Monitoring Submission Deadline. All monitoring materials must be submitted to the assigned digital folder by April 24th, 2026, at 3:00 pm. X	5.11.26 – 5.22.26	Agency Site-Visits CoC/YHDP Monitoring site visits will occur the weeks of May 11th and May 18th. Agencies can sign up for a site visit time via a scheduling link that will be sent out to all participating agencies.
