901 P.L.A.C.E. is a specialized, web-based platform that helps property partners and direct service providers in Memphis and Shelby County connect people experiencing homelessness with affordable, low-barrier housing. The system centralizes available rental listings and program-specific housing options, making it easier for case managers, outreach workers, and other service providers to identify appropriate housing for their clients.

The platform operates as a closed database. Clients do not access the system directly; instead, housing searches are conducted in partnership with authorized service providers who have platform access. Landlords and property partners can list available units, while approved users within the homeless service system can search listings and match clients with suitable housing. This structure streamlines the housing search process while maintaining coordination between property partners and service providers.

Property Partner Engagement

CAFTH’s Coordinated Entry System (CES) team plays a key role in helping individuals and families in Memphis and Shelby County secure and maintain affordable housing. The team works closely with property owners, landlords, and community partners to identify housing opportunities and expand the availability of affordable units.
To support these efforts, the CES team builds and maintains relationships with a wide range of property partners across the community. Available housing options are compiled and maintained in 901 P.L.A.C.E., where service providers can access a centralized list of low-barrier, affordable properties to assist clients who are searching for housing.
