After calling one of the 5 system navigators shown below, you will be given a brief assessment to determine eligibility for the navigation program. If you are eligible, you will be assigned a navigator who will contact you as soon as possible (ideally within 1-2 days). The purpose of the Youth System Navigators is to assist you in obtaining secure and stable housing. The Navigator will connect with you in whatever way is more accessible to you – whether that is via text, phone call, email, or an in-person visit in a safe location of your choosing. The Navigator will help you identify resource options and build a housing plan. The Navigator will also administer the Memphis Vulnerability Assessment to determine eligibility for specific housing options. Your navigator will be available to provide support and connection to resources until you have secured safe and stable housing.

My name is Kayden Ritchie, and I’m from O’Fallon, Illinois. I work with the Hospitality Hub, where I’ve found my passion in supporting youth as they navigate their paths toward stability and success. For me, this work is personal because it’s about building real connections, showing up consistently, and creating a sense of belonging for youth who often feel overlooked. I believe that every youth deserves to be seen, heard, and empowered, and I’m committed to being part of the community that helps make that happen.

I’m Z Aleman, originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and am currently learning ASL. I’m passionate about serving my community and empowering youth, with experience supporting individuals impacted by autism, HIV/AIDS, and homelessness.

As a lifelong learner and advocate, I believe in meeting people where they are, listening without judgment, and adapting to their unique needs. As a Youth Navigator, I’m committed to being both a trusted resource and a listening ear, helping young people feel heard, supported, and empowered to reach their goals.

Danielle Poole is a Memphis native from the South Memphis area with a passion and drive to help those in need. Danielle graduated from Mitchell High School in 2020 & received her Bachelor’s degree in English in 2025 from the illustrious Lane College located in Jackson, Tennessee with a focus on social work & Human Resources. Previously, she worked for the department of Tennessee as an Enforcement case manager for Shelby County Child support right after graduating from college. While working in child support she assisted many clients with fulfilling their obligations, providing additional resources, and even just simply being a listening ear for those parents who felt like they had no one in their corner. Danielle’s goal is to provide empathy, resources, and support for local citizens facing hardship. She’s committed to going over and beyond for her clients who simply need an advocate to assist with reaching their goals.

Crystal is a Memphis native committed to supporting young adults as they work toward stability and independence. She holds a Bachelor’s in Health Studies and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Social Work, grounding her approach in trauma‑informed, person‑centered practices. 

With more than three years of case counseling experience at the Hospitality Hub and P.A.T.H. street outreach, Crystal has worked directly with some of Memphis’s most vulnerable populations. She focuses on meeting youth where they are, building trust, and helping them identify their strengths as they navigate complex systems.

Outside of her professional work, Crystal enjoys fishing, spending time outdoors, and exploring arts and crafts, activities that keep her grounded and fuels her creativity.
