What We Do
Community Alliance for the Homeless is the HUD-designated Continuum of Care (CoC) lead agency for TN-501, which covers Memphis and Shelby County.
While we do not provide direct services, our focus is on systems-level work that impacts homelessness throughout the region. Our role includes coordinating strategies, policies, and programs to improve housing stability and support for individuals experiencing homelessness.
For a detailed overview of the protocols and programs we oversee, please explore the sections below.

The Lived Experience Committee is a committee of individuals with lived experience of housing insecurity who bring to the table their thoughts and ideas on how to improve the homeless response system based on their experience during their time in homelessness.
