For Our Providers
At Community Alliance for the Homeless (CAFTH), we support service providers with essential resources, funding opportunities, training, and tools to help end homelessness in Memphis and Shelby County. Whether you’re looking for grant funding, training, or details around homelessness response system protocols, we offer guidance to help providers support individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
Funding Opportunities
Providers can apply for HUD Continuum of Care (CoC) grants, including the CoC Builds Grant, which funds Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) development. These competitive funding opportunities help expand housing capacity and improve community-wide efforts to reduce homelessness.
Homelessness Response System
CAFTH helps providers navigate the Coordinated Entry System (CES) and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) to streamline housing placements and service coordination.
Training, Resources, and Form Hub
We offer a Training Library with on-demand resources for new and experienced providers, covering a wide range of topics.
